The Layout
Welcome to my "Windows Bliss"-inspired layout :)! It's pretty simple and clean, with the main menu on the left, brought to us by a myriad of colors, and the sidebar on the right. The main menu has a mouse-over effect so that the selected link is highlighted. The image I used for the masthead is from Windows Vista's Bliss wallpaper.
